Data Deletion Instructions

Kollabo is a creator marketplace that connects brands with content creators (KOLs) in Indonesia. When you sign in or connect a social account (TikTok, Instagram, or Threads), we store your public profile (name, username, avatar), follower and engagement statistics, recent post thumbnails, and the access token needed to refresh those statistics.

Option 1 — Disconnect a platform (in-app)

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Platform Lain and click Putuskan (Disconnect) on the platform you want to remove. This immediately deletes the access token and all data we pulled from that platform (profile fields, statistics). At least one platform must remain connected while your account exists.

Option 2 — Delete your entire account and data

Email support@kollabo.id from any channel, or WhatsApp us at +62 812-8070-4649, with the username you used on Kollabo and the request "delete my account". We will verify ownership, then permanently delete your account and all associated data — profile, statistics, cached post thumbnails, access tokens, campaign applications, and notifications — within 7 days, and confirm by reply.

Option 3 — Revoke access from the platform side

You can also revoke Kollabo's access at any time from Instagram/Threads (Settings → Website permissions → Apps and Websites) or TikTok (Settings → Security → Apps and services). Once revoked, we can no longer access your account; stored data is removed via Option 1 or 2 above.

Saat kamu masuk atau menghubungkan akun sosial (TikTok, Instagram, atau Threads), Kollabo menyimpan profil publik (nama, username, foto), statistik follower & engagement, thumbnail konten terbaru, dan token akses untuk memperbarui statistik.

Cara 1 — Putuskan platform (dari aplikasi)

Buka Dashboard → Settings → Platform Lain lalu klik Putuskan pada platform yang mau dihapus. Token akses dan semua data dari platform itu langsung terhapus. Minimal satu platform harus tetap terhubung selama akunmu masih ada.

Cara 2 — Hapus seluruh akun dan data

Email support@kollabo.id atau WhatsApp 0812-8070-4649dengan username Kollabo-mu dan permintaan "hapus akun saya". Setelah verifikasi kepemilikan, akun dan seluruh data terkait (profil, statistik, thumbnail konten, token, lamaran campaign, notifikasi) dihapus permanen maksimal 7 hari, dengan konfirmasi balasan.

Cara 3 — Cabut akses dari sisi platform

Kamu juga bisa mencabut akses Kollabo kapan pun dari Instagram/Threads (Settings → Website permissions → Apps and Websites) atau TikTok (Settings → Security → Apps and services). Setelah dicabut, kami tidak bisa lagi mengakses akunmu; data yang tersimpan dihapus lewat Cara 1 atau 2.
